During the day, work, family responsibilities and everyday life can keep us occupied. But when everything becomes quiet, anxious thoughts, overthinking, relationship concerns and emotional overwhelm can feel much harder to ignore.

You may find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about the future, questioning decisions you have made, or struggling to switch off enough to rest.

You do not have to face those thoughts alone.

I offer online counselling across the UK, with evening and late-night appointments available until midnight.

How sessions work

Sessions take place online by video, telephone or text chat, allowing you to access counselling from a space where you feel comfortable and safe.

There is no pressure to know exactly what to say.

Many people begin counselling feeling uncertain, nervous or concerned that they will not know where to start. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
